Patagoniophis parvus is a snake that lived during the Cretaceous period in Argentina. It was identified by Albino in 1986. Patagoniophis parvus is part of the Madtsoiidae, an extinct group of snakes that lived on land in Gondwana. Madtsoiids lived from the Late Cretaceous to the Late Pleistocene, and their range included South America, Africa, India, Madagascar, and the European archipelago. In Argentina it lived among dinosaurs such as Quilmesaurus curreri
