Julia Baicheva (born 12 February 1972) is a former Bulgarian rhythmic gymnast.[1] She's a European and World medalist.

Career
editShe excelled in world rhythmic gymnastics in the late 1980s and early 1990s.
Julia debuted internationally at the World Championships in Sarajevo in 1989, where she won gold in teams along Adriana Dunavska and Bianka Panova and silver with ribbon.[2]
Her best competition was the European Championships in Gothenburg where she won teams silver with Dimitrinka Todorova and Neli Atanassova, gold in the All-Around, silver with hoop and with clubs and bronze with rope and ball.[3]
In 1993 she participated in the World Championships in Alicante, where she was 9th in the All-Around, 8th with hoop and clubs, she won gold in teams along Maria Petrova and Branimira Dimitrova and bronze with rope.[4]
