he got Phelps'd?
editShould we say something about how he told the American relay team that he would beat them, and then he got Phelps'd? —Preceding unsigned comment added by Jmh010 (talk • contribs) 00:41, 10 December 2008 (UTC)
French view
editOn account of his amazing physique the French apparently have a Spitting Image style caricature of Bernard; according to a BBC commentator it's essentially just... A Muscle. I've come across a reference to a graphic in a magazine, it's possible that's what was being referred to. Any info on this or a French view generally would be useful. Nickname
edit{{editsemiprotected}}
please remove nickname . Alain Bernard hasn't nickname.
- Looks like someone already removed it. Seems it was unsourced anyway. Pyrospirit (talk · contribs) 23:49, 27 August 2008 (UTC)
==Should be a mention/discussion of his 100 metre freestyle world record...
I find it very hypocritical that his record was not approved, but then FINA turns around and approves the suit used...very unfair.
And did they approve the Bousquet record just to throw France a bone?98.242.74.75 (talk) 17:04, 12 July 2009 (UTC)
