Map inset is incorrect

edit

The map used in the sidebar has a strange inset. The world map has a rectangle that covers an area from Egypt to India. But the larger map is only a fraction of this. Not accurate or helpful. I realize it's difficult for a country this small. 2401:7000:DB0D:3900:58C:C232:8442:549F (talk) 03:08, 23 May 2024 (UTC)Reply

Missing text?

edit

This paragraph under Post-Arab Spring years seems to have had text cut from it, between the words "committee to" and the word "paying". As is, it doesn't make much sense: "On 9 April 2020, Bahrain launched a committee to paying private-sector employees for a three-month period in order to ease the financial pain caused by the COVID-19 pandemic."

It was added all in one go by an IP here, so probably just a grammar issue trying to say that the government supported private-sector employment. CMD (talk) 01:42, 15 June 2024 (UTC)Reply

Military - "Small but professional and well-0rganised"

edit

Could someone more experienced in editing than me explain if this is a good choice of words? It seems overly subjective to me. I would assume a military is professional unless there is evidence to the contrary. Robhold2000 (talk) 06:42, 2 September 2024 (UTC)Reply

North Americans? And the whole continental grouping

edit

Thats not really an Ethnicity is it? I get the whole continental thing but its kinda weird. Continents are a really bad grouping of ethnicities anyways. Asians could be chinese or indian, completely unrelated, as could Africa be north african arabs or sub saharans. This metric is inefficient in providing info, and kinda useless DirkjanenBert (talk) 15:12, 20 October 2024 (UTC)Reply
