Question
editbicmos(Bipolar CMOS) logic circuits are nand and nor logic circuits using cmos or if they not then what they are?
Images and link
editI would be nice to add some circuit examples for NOT, NAND and NOR as a visual aid for the reader. Also, the link that points to "Freescale's SMARTMOS" is dead.
CMOS transistor?
editIt says "...and the CMOS transistor...". Shouldn't this be changed to either just "...and that of CMOS..." or "... and MOSFET transistor..."? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 109.124.157.150 (talk) 23:58, 25 December 2014 (UTC)
Disadvantages section
editThis entire section needs reworking, apart from being compeltely unreferenced it is full of both tautologies and contradictions. For example, "But since CMOS is already ideal for pure digital logic..." when the article begins by pointing out why CMOS is not ideal, i.e. it is not fast enough. This strike me as verbiages with nothing to say and I am tempted to trim the entire section pending anything with an actual meaning going in there but am hesitant because that may raise issues of balance. 3142 (talk) 10:26, 29 October 2018 (UTC)
Reads like a press release.
editThe description reads like marketing copy.
