editThe advantages and disadvantages section makes a lot of specific claims about a very broad group of materials. It smells of original research on a specific alloy, which could be fine if specified, but is misleading as written.
History and status
edit- Who developed the idea and techniques?
- When?
- Why?
- How much of such materials are produced annually?
- Where?
- How important are they, why, and to whom?
These are questions any journalist would ask when writing a backgrounder article, such as this, which introduces the whole idea to the curious, and perhaps unsuspecting, reader. Note that some references go back to the 1980s, which means the idea's not new, even if techniques seem to be still developing in the 2020s. Please flesh out the article by answering at least some of these questions. yoyo (talk) 13:55, 20 April 2022 (UTC)
