An example of teal would be wonderful
editThe lead says "The eponymous colour teal, which has been interpreted by some journalists as a blend of the green of the environmental movement and the blue of the Liberal Party, was a dominant feature of campaign branding...". It would be great to have an example of that branding/colour in the article. HiLo48 (talk) 23:06, 5 October 2023 (UTC)
David Unaipon's Goanna Story
editI just finished reading David Uniapon's Legendary Tales of the Australian Aborigines, and there is, in the Goanna story, the case of the Teal Teal wives of the Goanna husbands who rebel and abandon their husbands because the goanna tribe husbands are hiding a big stash of water and the whole area is very dry. Now the ABC says that Teal Independents are mainly women who run against mainly men in the establishment. I think whoever came up with the term had read Uniapon's story.
