Draft:Scottish Castles Restoration Projects

edit

Hope you are still interested in the ‘Scottish Castles’ Project. I wonder if you might be able to help me? I’ve written a draft article, 'Draft:Scottish Castles Restoration Projects'. I think this is a valid and useful topic to add to the Scottish Castles pages – it reflects the fact that now over 100 Scottish castles have been restored from a ‘roofless ruin’ state over the last fifty years, which is quite an achievement. I was hoping a reviewer, ‘Theroadislong’ would accept it, but for some reason he won’t (see Talk pages, both Draft and here). Nor will he tell me exactly what he doesn't like! Are you able to help, either if you can review things yourself or know somebody who can? And of course I would very much appreciate your opinion as to whether you feel this is a valid topic for an Article and/or if you could suggest improvements. Many thanks. ArchaicW

Elgin Cathedral

edit

At Elgin Cathedral, I noticed a line break in "upland territories in the Strathbogie", right before "Strathbogie". I'm not quite sure if that's simply supposed to be a space, or if there might be something missing. I see that you recently made a large addition which included that part, so maybe you could take a look at it. 177.93.44.68 (talk) 07:06, 19 December 2023 (UTC)Reply

Very well spotted. Now rectified. Many thanks. Bill Reid | (talk) 10:00, 19 December 2023 (UTC)Reply

Proposed deletion of File:Demographics.svg

edit
Notice

The file File:Demographics.svg has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Unused diagram. Removed by uploader from article. No other obvious use.

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated files}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the file's talk page.

Please consider addressing the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated files}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and files for discussion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. --Min☠︎rax«¦talk¦» 04:45, 31 October 2024 (UTC)Reply
