The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.

Salavat, you will can to delete this file. I'm delete this from main article. The owner, i think, can't give me a permission, because i am from russia (political view from Lithuania), so, i'm sure, if you can or something can delete this file, I'm not feeling bad.
