Hello, I'm Geraldo Perez. I noticed that you made a change to an article, List of Disney Channel series, but you didn't provide a reliable source. It's been removed for now, but if you'd like to include a citation and re-add it, please do so! If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. Geraldo Perez (talk) 17:58, 23 March 2013 (UTC)Reply

Please stop adding unsourced content, as you did to List of Disney Channel series. This contravenes Wikipedia's policy on verifiability. If you continue to do so, you may be blocked from editing Wikipedia. Geraldo Perez (talk) 03:02, 25 March 2013 (UTC)Reply

You have been blocked from editing for a period of 2 days for repeatedly adding unsourced information to Wikipedia articles. Wikipedia requires that information be verified by reliable sources. Blogs are not reliable sources. Furthermore, Wikipedia is not a crystal ball; we don't post rumors or guesses about upcoming shows. After your block, please be sure that any info you add is reliably sourced. Once the block has expired, you are welcome to make useful contributions. If you think there are good reasons why you should be unblocked, you may appeal this block by adding below this notice the text {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}, but you should read the guide to appealing blocks first.  Qwyrxian (talk) 10:20, 26 March 2013 (UTC)Reply

Proposed deletion of Liv & Maddie

edit

The article Liv & Maddie has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Only 2 sources are blogs; even if they were slightly better, there's no evidence the show has actually started filming or will certainly air, so this falls under WP:CRYSTAL.

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. Speedy deletion nomination of The Dimension Doctor

edit

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on The Dimension Doctor requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about web content, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please read more about what is generally accepted as notable.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, you can place a request here. Way2veers 02:53, 27 May 2013 (UTC)Reply

You have been blocked from editing for a period of 1 week for creating pages about non-notable web series, which is realy an escalation of you earlier adding unsourced, unimportant info to existing WP articles. Please understand--Wikipedia is not here to promote subjects, or to call attention to forthcoming projects. Once something has been discussed in multiple independent reliable sources, then it may qualify for coverage in a WP article, but not until then. Once the block has expired, you are welcome to make useful contributions. If you think there are good reasons why you should be unblocked, you may appeal this block by adding below this notice the text {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}, but you should read the guide to appealing blocks first.  Qwyrxian (talk) 07:30, 27 May 2013 (UTC)Reply

Hello Donutcreek1, and welcome to Wikipedia. Your addition to List of Jessie episodes has had to be removed, as it appears to have added copyrighted material without permission from the copyright holder. While we appreciate your contributing to Wikipedia, there are certain things you must keep in mind about using information from your sources to avoid copyright or plagiarism issues here.

  • You can only copy/translate a small amount of a source, and you must mark what you take as a direct quotation with double quotation marks (") and a cited source. You can read about this at Wikipedia:Non-free content in the sections on "text". See also Wikipedia:Referencing for beginners, for how to cite sources here.
  • Aside from limited quotation, you must put all information in your own words and structure, in proper paraphrase. Following the source's words too closely can create copyright problems, so it is not permitted here; see Wikipedia:Close paraphrasing. (There is a college level introduction to paraphrase, with examples, hosted by the Online Writing Lab of Purdue.) Even when using your own words, you are still, however, asked to cite your sources to verify information and to demonstrate that the content is not original research.
  • Our primary policy on using copyrighted content is Wikipedia:Copyrights. You may also want to review Wikipedia:Copy-paste.
  • In very rare cases (that is, for sources that are public domain or compatibly licensed), it may be possible to include greater portions of a source text. However, please seek help at the help desk before adding such content to the article. 99.9% of sources may not be added in this way, so it is necessary to seek confirmation first. If you do confirm that a source is public domain or compatibly licensed, you will still need to provide full attribution; see Wikipedia:Plagiarism for the steps you need to follow.
  • Also note that Wikipedia articles may not be copied without attribution. If you want to copy from another Wikipedia project or article, you can, but please follow the steps in Wikipedia:Copying within Wikipedia.

It's very important that contributors understand and follow these practices, as policy requires that people who persistently do not must be blocked from editing. If you have any questions about this, you are welcome to leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. Geraldo Perez (talk) 03:38, 6 June 2013 (UTC)Reply

Your addition to List of Jessie episodes has been removed, as it appears to have added copyrighted material to Wikipedia without permission from the copyright holder. If you are the copyright holder, please read Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials for more information on uploading your material to Wikipedia. For legal reasons, Wikipedia cannot accept copyrighted text, or images borrowed from other websites, or printed material without a verifiable license; such additions will be deleted. You may use external websites or publications as a source of information, but not as a source of content, such as sentences or images—you must write using your own words. Wikipedia takes copyright violations very seriously and persistent violators will be blocked from editing. As before Geraldo Perez (talk) 00:03, 8 June 2013 (UTC)Reply

I have never done anything wrong User:Spencer. Also, Geraldo Perez you suck! Everything I post is true.

Has nothing to do with why you were blocked. Try reading and understanding the previous 3 messages. You are much more likely to be unblocked if you can demonstrate you understand why you were blocked in the first place. You obviously have missed the point. Request reason:

Everything I post is right and true

Decline reason:

I am declining your unblock request because it does not address the reason for your block, or because it is inadequate for other reasons. To be unblocked, you must convince the reviewing administrator(s) that

  • the block is not necessary to prevent damage or disruption to Wikipedia, or
  • the block is no longer necessary because you
    1. understand what you have been blocked for,
    2. will not continue to cause damage or disruption, and
    3. will make useful contributions instead.

Please read the guide to appealing blocks for more information. jpgordon::==( o ) 02:02, 9 June 2013 (UTC)Reply

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

Request reason:

I wont use copyrighted info and do useful contributions. I now understand and learn from my mistakes. Also, Good Luck Charlie, Jessie(I think), and List of A.N.T. Farm episodes need me to help them..Donutcreek1 (talk) 01:53, 10 June 2013 (UTC)Reply

Decline reason:

Declined for now, I agree with he points raised below and don't believe it would be wise to unblock you unless and until you specifically address all of these concerns Beeblebrox (talk) 18:05, 10 June 2013 (UTC)Reply

Please explain why what you did was wrong, and how you plan to edit differently in the future. Copyright is a huge issue, so we need to be sure you've gotten it right before we consider unblocking you. Qwyrxian (talk) 03:07, 10 June 2013 (UTC)Reply
Seconded. Also, considering the fact that you have previously:
a) Created inappropriate pages
b) Have put in unsourced content that also violates WP:CRYSTAL,
c) Have not demonstrated much competence (refusal to get the point, thinking that everything you post is "right and true")
d) Made a personal attack at Geraldo Perez ("You suck")
e) Violated copyright
I don't think you'll get unblocked at this rate untill you address these issues. Thekillerpenguin (talk) 06:20, 10 June 2013 (UTC)Reply

Request reason:

I will never create inniproprite pages again I honestly promise I will not use copyright or be mean to Geraldo Perez again een though he might get on my nerves. I now understand that lying is wrong and if I write something I will use proof. I promise no more copyright. I have learned from my mistake and I will not use copyright I promise.Donutcreek1 (talk) 02:53, 12 June 2013 (UTC)Reply

You seem like you are trying to tell us what we want to hear, but your understanding of the issues is so poor you can't even manage that. I think you need to find something else to do with your time and will be revoking your ability to edit this talk page. If you wish to appeal this block again you will have to contact WP:BASC by email. Beeblebrox (talk) 21:50, 13 June 2013 (UTC)Reply

You have been blocked indefinitely from editing for an apparent inability to make constructive contributions. You don't appear to be doing it on purpose, but at the end of the day you have to be able to make positive contributions instead of messes others have to clean up, and you don't seem to be able to manage that right now. If you think there are good reasons why you should be unblocked, you may appeal this block by adding the following text below this notice: {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}. However, you should read the guide to appealing blocks first.  Beeblebrox (talk) 01:56, 15 September 2013 (UTC)Reply
