Good day, thank you so much for your quick review. please, could you please assist me? kindly drop your email or any contact. thanks alot as i await your prompt response. Dekozy (talk) 13:56, 15 June 2024 (UTC)Reply
Unfortunately, your article has been declined for several reasons.
Firstly, the subject of your article does not meet Wikipedia's notability guidelines. For inclusion, subjects must satisfy the criteria outlined in the general notability guideline and the specific notability guideline for authors WP:NAUTHOR. Please review these guidelines carefully.
Secondly, a significant portion of the draft lacks proper sourcing. To demonstrate notability and ensure verifiability, it is essential to include references from independent and reliable sources. You also need to see WP:REFBEG for placing your citations properly at the end of sentences.
Additionally, it appears that the article may be an autobiography. Autobiographies are generally discouraged on Wikipedia because maintaining neutrality and verifiability is challenging, and there are numerous potential issues associated with self-written entries.
I understood that my article may have read more like an advertisement. I had tried to be as simple and objective as possible with my language, and to cite reputable independent sources for my content to demonstrate notability. Any feedback would be welcomed on which parts may have sounded like an ad. Maybe I missed the mark being too detailed to try and showcase notability? Happy to delete and edit it as necessary. LeLiPAR (talk) 20:41, 17 June 2024 (UTC)Reply
Hello there,
The version of the draft that I declined was promotional. I see that CSD has been declined after your improvement. I am not fully convinced that it is meeting WP:NCOMPANY therefore I will leave this draft for a fresh pair of eyes. Regards. Hitro talk17:47, 18 June 2024 (UTC)Reply
Firstly, it appears that you have either written an autobiography or have a significant conflict of interest (COI) with the subject. COI editing is discouraged on Wikipedia. I have left a message on your talk page regarding COI; please read it along with the associated links. Drafts with potential COI must go through the Articles for Creation (AfC) process.
Secondly, many of the claims in your draft lack proper sourcing. Please refer to Wikipedia's verifiability policy and support your statements with citations from independent and reliable sources. Additionally, see the guidelines on inline citations and ensure that citations are placed correctly at the end of the relevant sentences, rather than clustered at the bottom of the draft.
I would like to note that the notability of the subject has not been challenged. The primary issue is the lack of references. Please address these concerns and resubmit your draft for another review.

Hi, you had left a comment on this draft a few months ago. I made the changes requested and wanted to know if you could review it again. Thanks! Oppename (talk) 16:06, 30 July 2024 (UTC)Reply
Hello there,
I see that you have updated the references. The draft is waiting to be reviewed, I will leave it for another reviewer as I am unable to verify all the sources at the moment. Regards. Hitro talk11:03, 5 August 2024 (UTC)Reply

Why was this page deleted sir, first of all this page was deleted due to speedy deletion, then this page was published again after correction, still it was deleted, how can I see it live । thankyou Anoopshukla12 (talk) 09:57, 5 August 2024 (UTC)Reply
Hi there,
Most of your articles or drafts have been deleted due to promotional content or lack of notability. Please see WP:YFA before attempting another topic. Regards. Hitro talk11:07, 5 August 2024 (UTC)Reply
Thank you for your efforts in creating this article. However, the series has not yet been released and most of the presented sources are announcements. I recommend adding reviews from independent and reliable sources as soon as they become available to ensure the subject's notability is well-supported. Regards. Hi! I would like to dispute your recent rejection of the AfC draft for Roger Bright. You claimed he does not fill Wikipedia's notability requirements for musicians, however he fulfills the following requirements as I explain in the brackets following the requirement:
Has been the subject of multiple, non-trivial, published works appearing in sources that are reliable, not self-published, and are independent of the musician or ensemble itself [he has full page articles about himself from the International Polka Association, the Cleveland-Style Polka Hall of Fame, and the Racine Journal Times, among others]
Has released two or more albums on a major record label or on one of the more important indie labels (i.e., an independent label with a history of more than a few years, and with a roster of performers, many of whom are independently notable) [has released 35 records on Cuca Records, an important independent record label]
Is an ensemble that contains two or more independently notable musicians, or is a musician who has been a reasonably prominent member of two or more independently notable ensembles [He has performed in ensembles with Joey Miskulin, Frankie Yankovic, and Slavko Avsenik, all of whom are independently notable musicians]
Has become one of the most prominent representatives of a notable style or the most prominent of the local scene of a city [the most prominent representative of both the city of New Glarus and of polka music in New Glarus]
Has won first, second, or third place in a major music competition [Not strictly a competition, but I believe being inducted into 3 different Polka Hall of Fames counts as "winning" those competitions]
Has performed music for a work of media that is notable, such as a theme for a network television show, performance in a television show or notable film, inclusion on a notable compilation album [has performed on the Tonight Show with Johnny Carson, the Phil Donahue Show, and the Charlotte Peters Show, among others]
A musician is notable for Wikipedia if they meet at least one of those requirements, and Roger Bright meets six. I resubmitted my article, so I hope you take the chance to reassess your decision. Thanks! Zhuvelo (talk) 16:47, 7 August 2024 (UTC)Reply

Hello,
First of all thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. I see you are the editor of UFC Bantamweight Garrett Armfield's draft. I have edited the draft and added references to the text which was originally written by the fighter himself. I have had issues with his last fight: I added it, but the row was added horizontally instead of vertically.
If you'd be so kind as to help me with it, I would really appreciate it, and I am sure Garrett Armfield (who is aware of my effort to get his Wikipedia article up) would be, too.

Please see WP:NSONG and let me know how this song meets the criteria outlined there? All the provided sources focus on the album, with none specifically covering this song. Regards. Hitro talk10:04, 7 October 2024 (UTC)Reply

Hi, sir. The main reason for creating this page is recognition. That actor voiced the characters of the most popular Indian produced animation tv series which ran for more than 5 years including films. While searching the internet for his interviews and articles, I found that there is photo of another Bengali actor with same name, instead of this comedian in the Motu Patlu cast and crew page. That is a big mistake people will think that Bengali actor's contribution while the real one is unkown. So I am still searching for official sites mentioning his works and similar things to make his Wikipedia page approved. Menarie221 (talk) 05:45, 20 October 2024 (UTC)Reply
Large portion of the submission still appears unsourced. Please see WP:REFBEG and place your citations properly so that the claims can be verified. In order to demonstrate notability, it is also recommended to add multiple sources where the topic has received significant coverage. Regards. Hitro talk14:38, 28 October 2024 (UTC)Reply
Request on 20:09:58, 2 November 2024 for assistance on AfC submission by Esassaman
Thank you for taking the time to review this article. I am just not understanding how to meet the "significant coverage" bar here. Johnny's works have been reviewed in quite a few online and paper magazines (https://johnnyrayjones.com/press). There are 37 links to verifyable reviews of his past three CD releases. They are all independant sources, though most of them are small publishers (blues magazines or blues music related websites). They are all secondardy and independant. Should I just link to that press page in the article as a reference? Or are those kinds of music reviews just not meeting the bar for "significant coverage"? It just seems odd that some of the musicians that played on his albums have very short wikipedia pages with no CDs of their own released, only "appeared on" credits, but not the main guy. I feel like I'm missing something or just did something wrong in the way I wrote the article, I'm not very experienced with wikipedia biography authoring.
The draft contains a total of 14 sources, and apart from Allmusic, none appear reliable by Wikipedia standards. The two Allmusic sources are merely listings without album reviews (excluding user-generated content). You may want to highlight the top three sources on the draft's talk page where the subject has received significant coverage for reviewers to consider before making a decision. Given the current state, it doesn't seem the subject meets WP:NSINGER or WP:GNG. However, I’ll leave it for fresh eyes if you choose to resubmit. Regards. Hitro talk13:53, 3 November 2024 (UTC)Reply
I'm sorry for not responding to your message on my talk page. Initially, the message does appear like a warning or an advice, and I didn't know it would result in moving the page to draft. In such cases, for example, you wrote "Did you observe that the subject is also the article’s author? Personally, I would have declined it and requested additional references. Please be mindful of your Schumacher's level velocity, as it may not be beneficial to the project. Regards", and I think that the question is somewhat off since I accessed all the sources. Personal thinking may not be the scope of the encyclopedia, and per AFC, we should try as much as possible to help new editors. Belive me, its rare to see new editors wrote write so well like that one. I loved the draft and did a WP:BEFORE (incase of AFD) before accepting, and subsequently tagging. I respect you so much and would always love to see more encouragement from you. If you still object the mainspace moving, then WP:AFD. Cheers! Firstly, instead of involving a third party, if you had discussed it with me, we could have resolved the issue in a much better way. Redraftifying was not as wrong as it was made to appear. It is a part of an essay not a policy or guideline.
Secondly, Wikipedia:Before exclusively deals with AfDs. It is out of scope of my understanding why do people bring it in discussions outside at AfDs. There is Wikipedia:BURDEN which is part of the Wikipedia's core policy. The burden to demonstrate verifiability lies with the editor who adds or restores material. So when I questioned the sourcing, it was your responsibility to demonstrate notability and refute my claims because you restored the material—not mine to take it to AfD and waste the community's time, specially when we are dealing with AfC drafts. If what is written in the submission meets the notability guidelines, but the submission lacks references to evidence this, then the underlying issue is inadequate verification and the submission should be declined for that reason. You can not and should not bring Wikipedia:Before or Wikipedia:NEXIST while accepting or declining drafts. I might have been wrong in assessing the sources, but one of the reference from 7 was authored by the subject, one was Wikipedia:PRIMARY from ESSTS website. Unless, I have fixed the sourcing and demonstrated the notability clearly myself, I would not have accepted it. You might have different view which we could have discussed.
I know it is rare for new editors to write so well; at the same time, I am also aware of how well COI or paid editors write using disposable new accounts. I hope there is no disagreement on this fact.
I do understand that you are doing good for the project which is most important. At the end of the day, it is your overall work that matters not these small disputes. Have a wonderful day ahead. Regards. Hitro talk08:14, 5 November 2024 (UTC)Reply

Any reputable media outlet where this podcast has been reviewed would be a good start, such as The Guardian, The Independent, New Statesman etc. IMDb is not a reliable source as it is user generated. You may check WP:RSPS for list of some reliable as well as unreliable sources. You may also check the articles in Category:British podcasts to understand what sort of sourcing is acceptable. Regards. I am unable to read the article currently because my subscription to The Times has expired. However, it seems that this article discusses the podcast significantly.
Thank you for reaching out and providing guidance regarding the article draft process. I appreciate the suggestions to visit the Articles for Creation help desk and the Teahouse for further assistance.
This article represents a new concept or thought, and I’m unsure how to navigate the approval process effectively. I’d greatly appreciate any clarification or help in getting it approved. Since this is an initial idea, I’m open to refining and improving it based on feedback.

Hi,
I'm puzzled by your remark in rejecting this post that the articles cited make only passing reference to the subject. The 1100-Word NYT article cited in footnote 1 is entirely about The Hunts Point Express, its reporters and editor. Moreover, the article is similar to https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mott_Haven_Herald which has been on Wikipedia for years. The other citations concern the editors of the publication. I'd appreciate an explanation to help me improve the article. Adamsguy (talk) 19:27, 17 November 2024 (UTC)Reply
Hello there,
I have commented on draft regarding this topic.
Regarding the existence of similar articles, I would like to note that plenty of articles exist that probably should not. Equally, because articles must wait for someone who is interested in the subject to notice they are missing before they are created, a lot of articles do not exist that probably should. So just pointing out that an article on a similar subject exists does not prove that the article in question should also exist; it is quite possible that the other article should also be deleted but nobody has noticed it and listed it for deletion yet. Hello! Voting in the 2024 Arbitration Committee elections is now open until 23:59 (UTC) on Monday, 2 December 2024. All eligible users are allowed to vote. Users with alternate accounts may only vote once.
The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to impose binding solutions to disputes between editors, primarily for serious conduct disputes the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the authority to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.
The new page Devendra Rajesh Kothe(which is duplicate of Devendra Kothe created on 20-November-2024) is created at later date, that's today 25th-Nov-2024.
For the duplicate page, Wikipedia says:
Duplicate: There are two or more pages on exactly the same subject, with the same scope.
If a duplicate article was recently created, it may also be a candidate for speedy deletion under CSD A10 criteria.
A10 applies only when both articles are in the mainspace. In this case, since one of them is in the draftspace, merging the draft into the mainspace article seems to be the most appropriate course of action. Regards. Hitro talk15:39, 25 November 2024 (UTC)Reply
