Does not meet GNG. No sources pop up in either Google, Scholar, or Google News. References in article suggest it is of local interest but not notable enough for WP. A. C. Santacruz ⁂ Please ping me! 15:04, 28 January 2022 (UTC)

- Note from article creator: Just redirect/merge to Andrews University, then. No need for AfD. ---Another Believer (Talk) 15:23, 28 January 2022 (UTC)
- I disagree with that redirect, as corten steel sculpture could mean any sculpture made of this material. Weathering_steel#Uses might be a better redirect, if the consensus is this should be kept as a redirect, but since Corten steel already redirects to that page I feel the additional redirect a bit unnecessary. - I've gone ahead and merged the text to Andrews_University#Public_art. ---Another Believer (Talk) 16:20, 28 January 2022 (UTC)
- I would have waited for there to be more discussion on where to redirect, Another Believer. A. C. Santacruz ⁂ Please ping me! 16:25, 28 January 2022 (UTC)
- OK, whatever! Feel free to revert. I'm just trying to make less work for others. ---Another Believer (Talk) 16:27, 28 January 2022 (UTC)
- I won't revert, hope my original message didn't sound passive aggressive or anything :) It's just that I nominated the article about 1h30 ago so it felt a bit early. A. C. Santacruz ⁂ Please ping me! 16:30, 28 January 2022 (UTC)
- I have reverted. This shouldn't be done while an AfD is underway. -- Necrothesp (talk) 13:21, 2 February 2022 (UTC)

- Merge per above, and the other two at Andrews. Reywas92Talk 14:40, 2 February 2022 (UTC)
- Comment @A. C. Santacruz:this article was already merged to Andrews University on January 28 by User:Another Believer. Catfurball (talk) 17:06, 2 February 2022 (UTC)
- Yes, but that was after the AfD had been started. Articles shouldn't be moved, merged or whatever during an AfD discussion. -- Necrothesp (talk) 15:17, 3 February 2022 (UTC)
- There's an ongoing discussion about this subject at ANI right now and from that it seems like no one really cares if articles are merged or whatever during AfDs. Except maybe in extremely rare cases where it's clearly being done to subvert the process. Which I don't think was the case here. --Adamant1 (talk) 07:47, 5 February 2022 (UTC)

- Delete, does not meet WP:GNG, only sources in article is from the university, have been unable to find any sources that discuss/review or any awards/prizes given for this sculpture. Coolabahapple (talk) 03:47, 9 February 2022 (UTC)

Relisting comment: I was going to re-merge this to Andrews University, but @A. C. Santacruz:'s concerns about Corten steel going one place and this another is valid. Let's see if a week gives resolution to that.

- Merge and Disambiguate Since the name of the sculpture is literally "Corten Steel Sculpture" I suggest we put in a disambiguation page, with links to both Weathering_steel#Uses and Andrews_University#Public_art, and merge the content of Corten Steel Sculpture into Andrews_University#Public_art. EVhotrodder (talk) 12:20, 17 February 2022 (UTC)
- I'm not entirely sure disambiguation would be the best way to go about it, EVhotrodder, based on just how low the page views for this article are. I'd argue this is one of those cases where there is no risk that average readers will mean anything but Weathering steel#Uses when searching for Corten Steel sculpture so disambiguating might be unnecessary (per Deciding to disambiguate guideline:
Disambiguation is required whenever, for a given word or phrase on which a reader might search, there is more than one existing Wikipedia article to which that word or phrase might be expected to lead.
