This is incorrect. Per WP:NSPORTS2022, a national team cap no longer makes an article exempt from having to meet WP:GNG. See also WP:SPORTBASIC and WP:NSPORTS in general for further guidelines. Spiderone^{(Talk to Spider)} 09:42, 1 November 2023 (UTC)[reply]
