Looks like case of WP:TOOSOON and WP:ONEEVENT. Kinda failing WP:GNG and only one thing that may pass WP:MUSBIO - winning "Golden voice of America". The problem with this is that, I can't find any independant reference of this competition outside of contest, related to her.   • Delete - There is not enough coverage in reliable sources to determine notability. The subject seems to have won the Golden voice of America award, which in my understanding is not a "major music award", failing WP:MUSBIO. She is supposed to perform once at Carnegie Hall in October 2016 which is not a notable event. Past performances at other events do not help the case either as those events too are not significant in itself and the fact that she even performed there remains unreferenced.
