This ship, and three other articles I am also nominating, were all members of the cancelled Stevenson-class destroyers. That isn't inherently a problem for notability, but de facto these four articles are almost exactly the same and do not say anything of substance beyond the content in the Stevenson-class destroyer article. In fact, most of the paragraphs have been copy-pasted between all five articles. Therefore, all four ship articles should be redirected to the article on the entire class. In the unlikely event sources are found that show one or more ship could sustain its own article, at that time the relevant article(s) could be restored. - Wow, yeah, all four of these articles are almost totally identical. There may be tiny bits of information in them which are omitted in the main Stevenson-class destroyer article, which seems to have slightly different content. Personally I believe a merge of all four articles with Stevenson-class destroyer would be the most appropriate course of action. Archimedes157 (talk) 15:40, 8 October 2024 (UTC)
- Merge all to Stevenson-class destroyer. When there is little to say about a series of ships, it is common practice to cover those with minimal coverage at the class article. Hog Farm Talk 02:19, 11 October 2024 (UTC)
- Merge with Stevenson-class destroyer: Given the extreme overlap these article's existence makes no sense. TarnishedPathtalk 12:31, 11 October 2024 (UTC)
- Merge all into Stevenson-class destroyer. Best, GPL93 (talk) 15:23, 11 October 2024 (UTC)
