Keep. It's just a game. And it is not an encyclopedia article. Can't we have some fun on the user pages? What about the Wikipedia:Department of Fun? It has some very similar aspects. It is not disruptive at all, and it is only adding words. Keep - Ok, I have just searched on Google and have not found any copyrighted word game that is similar to your Offbeat game. Therefore, with my argument thwarted, I vote Keep.
