This essay tends to scare editors, especially the new ones, off from using WP:AN/I for rightful purposes. It also demeans AN/I as a hellish place. Editors who have been to AN/I would find this particularly offensive. Although Wikipedia is not censored, it is merely an unnecessary provocation overall, which is a bad idea. - Keep: it seems very unlikely that new editors would find this essay, never mind be frightened by it, and it certainly doesn't qualify as biting. Nor does it constitute personal attacks or harassment. On the contrary, many would agree that at times AN/I is a hellish place. You're welcome to disagree with the essay if you like, but I'm not seeing any strong rationale for its deletion. Nikkimaria (talk) 02:47, 1 August 2014 (UTC)
