Notes for updates from GLAMcamp DC
edit- "Learn more" leads to adaptation of the one-pager?
- Do we need two buttons for Wikipedians (why can't the destination page serve both)?
- Do we actually need "Engage!"?
- "professionals" (what about pre- or paraprofessionals or volunteers/interns/students, etc.)?
Links to case studies
editIt's a weird wormhole to find all the relevant pages to edit for the case studies. So here's some direct links to them:
- Smithsonian - Wikipedia:GLAM/US/Case studies/1
- Children's Museum of Indianapolis - Wikipedia:GLAM/US/Case studies/2
- NARA - Wikipedia:GLAM/US/Case studies/3
- Delaware Art Museum - Wikipedia:GLAM/US/Case studies/4
- MoMA - Wikipedia:GLAM/US/Case studies/5

American Association of Museums
editThe page to sign up for the #glamwiki AAM chat is located here. This is just a basic space to keep those who are participating organized. The main link for information for AAM professionals should be WP:GLAM/US. LoriLee (talk) 16:26, 23 April 2012 (UTC)
Coordinator for the US National Archives WikiProject
editThe US National Archives WikiProject seeks a coordinator to help reboot the project and work on new initiatives! The role is modeled after other Wikiproject coordinators, like the WikiProject Military History coordinators. The coordinator will work with the Wikipedian in Residence to organize and increase participation in the WikiProject, with the goal that the WikiProject is an active space for collaboration maintained by and for the Wikipedia editors, rather than the National Archives.
Please see the full information at Wikipedia:GLAM/NARA/Coordinator. Feel free to pass this note along to any interested parties. Thanks! Dominic·t 16:05, 18 June 2012 (UTC)
WikiProject U.S. Roads
editIs there any way that Wikipedia:WikiProject U.S. Roads articles could be covered by this "tool"? I am one of the many editors at that WikiProject, and I was hoping that I could get sources for the articles on there. Thanks. Allen (Morriswa) (talk) 20:12, 4 June 2013 (UTC)
Duke University
editA minor copyright problem at Duke University over on Commons; does anyone know whom to approach about it? HLHJ (talk) 20:50, 10 August 2016 (UTC)
