Possible missing French sense: people around you

We have "group of acquaintances". However, what about this cigarette warning: "Fumer nuit gravement à votre santé et celle de votre entourage"? I think this would be translated as "people around you" or "those around you", not necessarily friends or acquaintances. Equinox 13:09, 27 September 2020 (UTC)Reply
