「Magagamit na sa wakas ng madla ang Pambansang Diksiyonaryo, isang komprehensibong onlayn na diksiyonaryo sa wikang Filipino. ("The public can finally use the National Dictionary, a comprehensive online dictionary on the Filipino language.")
Matatagpuan sa www.diksiyonaryo.ph, ang Pambansang Diksiyonaryo ay magagamit nang libre at naglalayong makapagsilbing mapagtitiwalaang sanggunian sa wikang Filipino ng mga mag-aaral, guro, iskolar, at iba pa. ("Found in www.diksiyonaryo.ph, the National Dictionary can be used for free and aims to serve as a trustworthy reference of students, teachers, scholars, and others for the Filipino langauge.")
Tampok sa monolingguwal na diksiyonaryo ang mga pangunahing lahok at kaakibat na varyant. Gumagamit ito ng gitling bilang gabay sa pagbabaybay at may gitnang tuldok para sa pagpapantig. Kasama ng kaakibat na kahulugan ang pinagmulan ng lahok at klasipikasyon batay sa iba’t ibang uring pananalita. (Pinpoint in the monolingual dictionary are the primary entries & related variants. It uses dashes as a guide in the pronunciation, and there's a dot for syllabication. Together with the different meanings are the entry's etymology & classification based on the different languages.)
Sumailalim ang diksiyonaryo sa masusing pag-eedit at nagtatampok ng mga bágong lahok na salita. Nakabatay ito sa mga tuntunin ng 2013 ortograpiyang Pambansa ng KWF. (The dictionary underwent diligent editing and pinpoints new entries in speech. This is based on the guidance of 2013 National Orthography of the KWF.)
Inaasahang madaragdagan pa ang diksiyonaryo ng mga bágong feature gaya ng etimolohiya, singkahulugan, at iba pang pagpapaunlad. Hinihikayat ang lahat na magpadala ng mga mungkahi upang mapaunlad pa ang onlayn na diksiyonaryo. Maaaring magpadala ng sulatroniko sa komisyonsawikangfilipino@gmail.com. (Expect new features to be added, like etymologies, synonyms, and other advancements. All are urged to send suggestions for the advancement of the online dictionary to komisyonsawikangfilipino@gmail.com.)
Maliban sa diksiyonaryo, nililinang din ng KWF ang Filipino Spell Checker. Bahagi ito ng kampanya ng KWF na maging estandardisado ang wikang pambansa at matahak ang landas tungo sa pagiging modernisado at intelektuwalisado ng wikang Filipino. (Over & above a dictionary, the KWF is also developing a Filipino Spell Checker. This is part of the KWF's campaign to standardize the national language blaze the trail toward a modernized & intellectualized Filipino language.)」

The original Diksiyonaryo.PH still runs, but the K.W.F.'s own website now promotes a new dictionary:

PH Freedom of Information (F.O.I.)-requests were needed to make sense of this, re-indexing & pulling-down for maintenance of the F.O.I.-site prevents hinders full documentation on this. Once the F.O.I.-site is up & running again, an update will be given with the relevant links updated. (Edit: Now updated!) What is currently known is this:

Eilene Narvaez na kasamang bumuo ng diksiyonaryong ito. Samakatuwid, ang diksiyonaryo.ph ay hindi po sa SWF." (Translation: "For the answer to your question, diksiyonaryo.ph was completed by National Artist Virgilio S. Almario. This, sir, is based on the confirmation of Prof. Eilene Narvaez, who jointly completed this dictionary. Therefore, the dictionary isn't in S.W.F.")」
