lang=pt|
editHi! When using {{short for}}
, please add lang=pt| like it did here ! --Pious Eterino (talk) 14:25, 5 January 2019 (UTC)
I'm certain this isn't a grammatical suffix. RFDed. Please be careful with these. Equinox ◑ 14:41, 13 January 2019 (UTC)
- I was hesitant to include the second sense and I only did so because there were many entries listed as such. But the first is most certainly a suffix in the same fashion as -logy. The French equivalent is even included as so in the French and Greek Wiktionaries. And here we list the Italian equivalent -coltura. - Alumnum (talk) 19:14, 13 January 2019 (UTC)
- The French Wiktionary is wrong to do that, as it often is. There's no reason to posit a suffix distinct from the noun. Per utramque cavernam 19:21, 13 January 2019 (UTC)
- Why not? - Alumnum (talk) 19:49, 13 January 2019 (UTC)

Language codes as entries
editPlease stop adding ISO language codes as Translingual entries. It is unclear whether they can be attested, and I doubt you are checking, and I'm not sure they're symbols. Please start a discussion instead of adding them en masse. —Μετάknowledgediscuss/deeds 05:58, 6 June 2019 (UTC)
- Since we already have pt and es as translingual symbols, I simply followed the pattern and added some missing others. Should we remove those two instead? Also, what do you mean by "it is unclear whether they can be attested"? Those codes have many uses, including here. - Alumnum (talk) 07:30, 6 June 2019 (UTC)
