About Valbonne:

The village of Valbonne sits in the centre of an extensive residential area running through beautiful surrounding woodland. Property for sale in Valbonne include luxury villas, residential estates for the nearby Sophia Antipolis high-tech park and historic homes in a Provençal style.

Slightly set back from the more bustling coastal area the landscape is greener, spacious and boasts excellent family and sporting facilities including numerous excellent international schools. NP In the centre of the village is the lovely, 16th century Place des Arcades. This central square is surrounded by picturesque café terraces and boutique shops. The old village, which has a large Anglophone population, has retained much of its 16th century character, though has been mixed with an active town atmosphere.

How to find us:

Set within the historic city walls of the medieval village of Valbonne, the Savills office is part of the local community; moments from the Town Hall, the Market Square and popular historic sites including the Abbaye de Valbonne. Due to the protected nature of the area, the narrow main streets of the village are pedestrianised, car access is advised and parking is available on the outskirts of the village, however local bus services do serve the village. The closest airport is Nice International airport, approximately 25km.
