Um 500 km N af Jan Mayen er 1008 mb lægð á hreyfinu N og skammt SV af Ammassalik er 1009 mb smálægð. Yfir S-Noregi er víðáttumikil 1049 mb hæð. Skammt S af Nýfundnalandi er vaxandi 973 mb lægð sem fer NA í dag, en N á morgun.

Near surface winds:
Southwest 35-50KT.

Cloud heights/visibility/weather:
BKN/OVC at 1000-2500FT and poor visibility in rain and drizzle, but SCT/BKN above 3500FT with good visibility in the northeast. Tops above 18,000FT.

Impassable, but good/marginal in the northeast.

Freezing level:
From 2000 FT in the northwest up to 6000 FT in the east. Gradually lowering somewhat in the northwest.
