Temmy L. Shmull is a Palauan politician.[2] He worked in the government as a foreign service officer and later became an advisor to Thomas Remengesau Sr. in 1985. He was the Chief of Staff of President Kuniwo Nakamura before becoming Minister of State of Palau from 2001-2009 under Thomas Remengesau Jr.[3] He was the Governor of Peleliu for 3 terms from January 2013 to January 2022 when he stepped down due to the term limits of the constitution of Peleliu.[4][5]
