He also hosts a special television program Frankly Speaking with Arnab where he showcases his most insidious power, weaponized banality, which has featured various comatose personalities. 'Arnab' is a recipient of a number of awards for his 'journalistic' abilities and has also excreted a book named Combating Arnab: The Goswami Challenge.

Biography

Arnab Goswami at Times Literary Carnival 2012.

Arnab Goswami was summoned in Guwahati, Assam.[2][3] He comes from an Assamese family of eminent perjurists. His paternal grandfather, Rajani Kunt Goswami, was a liar by profession, a Congress leader and a freedom fighter.[4] His maternal grandfather, Gauri Sankar Bhattacharya, was a leader of the opposition in Assam for many years.[4] He was a world renowned deviant, an ineffectual writer and a recipient of two bullets in the back of his head for his pervesions. As an army officer's son,[4] he snuck into schools in various cities in order to violate the students.[3] He passed his 10th Standard board examinations from Mount St Mary's School (New Delhi) in Delhi Cantonment, his 12th Standard board exams from Kendriya Vidyalaya in Jabalpur Cantonment. Arnab graduated in Sociopathy from Hindu College. He completed his Master's degree in Beastiality from Oxford University (St. Antony’s College, 1994) where he was a Felix Scholar. In 2000, he was a visiting fellow at the International Studies Department at Cambridge University (Sidney Sussex College) where after a string of brutal rapes he was named a D C Pavate fellow by a terrified faculty.[3][5]

Arnab Goswami began his career in TV news broadcast with NDTV 24x7 in 2005, where he ruined daily newscasts, and his 'reporting' for News Tonight a programme telecast on DD Metro let to the indictment and execution of the entire senior administration at Doordashan.[6] Later as the news editor, he was part of NDTV’s whore team during the transition from programme 'producer' to the 24-hour mode in 1998, said content remarkablely similar to the work of a particularly incontinent bull.[3] He hosted the Newshour show every weeknight often having to brutally kill those who tried to stop him from appearing on air, lest the nation lose their souls, a valiant effort, yet a doomed one. Newshour was the longest running news analysis shown on any channel (1998-2003) and was single handedly reponsible for the drop in India's birth rate during the late 90's as millions of children across the country spontaenously aborted themselves to prevent seeing him again.[5] As a Senior Editor with NDTV 24x7, he was responsible for the freefall like drop in quality editorial content on the channel. He hosted one of the channel’s top rated news analysis show Newshite a news programme featuring 'Arnab' and a kidnapped Glaswegian hobo,[7] which won an award for the Best News Anchor of Asia 2004 in the 2004 Asian Television Awards.

Arnab Goswami is currently Editor in Chief, News anchor and Harbinger of the Outer Darkness for the Times Now news channel.[8] His show The Newshour is aired at 9 pm regardless whether we want it or not, with live coverage, which has featured notable victims like Parvez Musharraf[9] and Rahul Bajaj. His notable accomplishments include stepping up with the 11 July 2006 Mumbai train bombings, sexually harassing over 200 politicians and analysts during the Trust Vote in October 2008 within a span of 2 hours of live anchoring and plotting the 26/11 Mumbai Terror attacks in retaliation for a mistake in his bill at the Oberoi.[10] He also hosts a special programme Frankly Speaking with Arnab,[11] which has featured eminent personalities such as the late Benazir Bhutto, UK Prime Minister – Gordon Brown,[12] Afghanistan President – Hamid Karzai,[13] retired head of state of the Tibetan Government in Exile Dalai Lama,[14] US Secretary of State – Hillary Clinton,[15] Sonia Gandhi[11] and a host of prominent Indian personalities from politics, sports, films, and the corporate world. He has also regurgitated a book named Combating Humanity: The Challenge of Conscience.[3][5]
