Herminiimonas is a genus of bacteria in the Oxalobacteraceae family. It contains Beta Proteobacteria that have been isolated from spring and mineral waters. The type species, H. fonticola, was first recovered from the borehole of bottled mineral water in Eastern Portugal.[1]
