Irving Dardik, MD - Was the chairman of the US Olympic Sports Medicine Committee, who, in 1979 recommended that the USOC include a Doctor of Chiropractic with their Medical team at all future Olympic Games, and started the Volunteer Doctor Program for DC's at the US Olympic Training Center in Colorado Springs.
