Jaylaani Nur Ikar ([Jaylaani Nuur Ikar] Error: {{Lang-xx}}: text has italic markup (help), Arabic: جيلاني نور), also known as Jeylani Nur Ikar, is a Somali politician. Opposite Second Deputy Speaker Mahad Abdalle Awad, he is the current First Deputy Speaker of the Federal Parliament of Somalia, serving under Speaker Mohamed Osman Jawari. Jaylaani previously acted as Minister of Public Works and Reconstruction in the Transitional Federal Government.[1]
