Phuwatapa Village (Nepali: फुवातापा समुदाय) is one of the sub division or ward in 9 wards in Ishibu vdc in Terhathu District, Kosi Zone in the east of Nepal. It is representing to ward no 7 and looks quite beautiful and model suburb or small village.It has bordered to ward no 6 toward west,ward no.8 to south,9 to south-east respectively. It had a population of approximately 500 in over 60 households according to the census of 2011 AD conducted in Nepal.[1] This village is situated on the lap of the Himalayas so that it's totally consisted of hilly region .[citation needed]

People

Though, The entire district is considered to be majority of limbu race or caste therefore may be, this area is mainly filled up with the limbu races or castes. The number of others castes like chhetri,Brahmans,blacksmith, Shoe maker, Tailoring professors and more are existing here harmoniously.Chhetri or brahaman (Nepali: बाहुन) peoples are less in comparison to Limbu castes however the mutual relationship and aid is quite good in all the castes. The community is now looking attractive and sound shortly after the arrival of transportation and electricity infrastructures. At the top of it there is a settlement of Niraula (Nepali: निरौला बासोबास) but the number is very less i.e.there are 6 to 7 members in a single house or for clear Mahendra Niraula's home is founded as strong model house existing at the top of village and representst to the entire Niraula's family of Ishibu Vdc.The whole community can be claimed to have been the plenty numbers of just Fombo or limbu races.[citation needed]

Occupation

  • Most often people are adopting the agricultural occupation in form of main business and the area surrounded by this village is mostly found being just remote or no it has no any hypersupermarkets so that the products produced in this area needs to be transported to the distant places for sales.Some most super cash earning crops such as Cardamom,ginger are the elements of uplifting the degree of life financially and leading to that way where the economic status becomes quite prosper in short time.The remitances brought from foreign employment and gold like crops cardamom and ginger have made the village model and colorful, standard more prosper to the residents of this area.[citation needed]

Literacy

Though,the educational institutions are only less in numbers within this village or a lower or middle secondary school called Jaleshwor (Nepali: जलेशवर नि.मा.वि) however, the literacy rate of peoples is more than 60 % and students go to the nearest academic institutions in order to achieve the education.To eliminate the rate of illiterate in whole area,there is being conducted various educational campaigns such as Adult education,female education and so on.[citation needed]

Geography and Climate

Since it is automatically existing in the hilly region and in mid- hilly area it has a climate favourable for all kinds of crops and vegetables.

Culture

Though,people have their own cultures and costumes or dresses,however here in this village no any barriers and hates are found in each other's cultures.In limbu's any kind of programmes other castes do involve commonly and limbu also do so in return.Limbu caste is so helpful in any emergency states.The limbu's cultural dance called paddy dance is famous dance in which others castes also involves occasionally.[citation needed]
