Romania-Tunisia relations are foreign relations between Romania and Tunisia. Both countries established diplomatic relation in 1963. Romania has an embassy in Tunis. Tunisia has an embassy in Bucharest and an honorary consulate in Timişoara.

Both countries are full members of the Union for the Mediterranean and of the Francophonie.
