Sade Balogun is a Nigerian businesswoman, real estate developer and the founder and Chairman/CEO of Redbrick Homes International Limited & Amen Estate.[1][2]
Education
She gained a BA Hons in English Language from the University of Ife in Ile-Ife, Osun State, Nigeria.[3]
Career
Folasade's career spans over two decades as Managing Director of Esstech Limited and Esstech College in London.[4][5] She engaged with the public sector, built a portfolio of properties, and developed a wealth of expertise that would later benefit the Nigerian real estate market.[6][7]
Folasade returned to Nigeria and founded Redbrick Homes International Limited building the Amen Estates Group.[7] Her quest was to create a safe haven for Nigeria's elite. Today, popular for its influence in Nollywood Amen Estates is one of the most coveted real estate projects in Nigeria, home to top citizens, celebrities, and expatriates.[8]
