I just updated the information. The official name of the competition is "Red Horse Beer Pambansang Muziklaban" and winners get a contract with MCA Music. No longer Viva Philippines as of 2012. The prize money is also no longer Php 1,000,000.00 in cash. It's now Php 500,000.00 in cash, Php 300,000.00 album start up budget, and Php 200,000.00 in a Red Horse Beer endorsement contract (to be liquidated within one year upon winning).

It's what he does. I've had run-ins with him before and every time I get a flood of emails about how bloody awful he is. If I'd come clean it might have saved me, but really, I feel sort of liberated. I just regret deceiving people like you and Sandy. Oh well, water under the bridge.
