Welcome to Wikipedia. Thanks for your recent edits. Here are some comments:
1) vesicles are not large proteins.
2) Why did you remove useful hypertext links such as the link to vesicles?
3) activated neurotransmitter receptors sometimes cause changes in the postsynaptic cell's membrane potential that cause voltage-gated sodium channels to open, but not always.
4) What does "neurone is still at rest" mean?
