Hello, I'm Utcursch. I noticed that you added or changed content in an article, Kumaragupta I, but you didn't provide a reliable source. It's been removed and archived in the page history for now, but if you'd like to include a citation and re-add it, please do so. You can have a look at the tutorial on citing sources. If you think I made a mistake, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. utcursch | talk 17:26, 14 June 2020 (UTC)
- Please see WP:HISTRS - most of the books/articles written on Indian history in the colonial era have been rendered obsolete by more recent scholarship. Please do not remove more recent citations based on theories found in 100+ year old articles or books, as you did here. In general, please avoid use of antiquated obsolete sources, when more recent scholarly sources on the topic are available. utcursch | talk 16:14, 15 June 2020 (UTC)
Disambiguation link notification for July 18
Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited Kikata Kingdom, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Gaya (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)
It's OK to remove this message. Also, to stop receiving these messages, follow these opt-out instructions. Thanks, DPL bot (talk) 06:23, 18 July 2020 (UTC)
