The 1916 Louisville Cardinals football team was an American football team that represented the University of Louisville as an independent during the 1916 college football season. In their second and final season under head coach Will Duffy, the Cardinals compiled a 2–3–1 record.[1] The team played its home games at Eclipse Park in Louisville, Kentucky.
