Kindgeek (укр. Кайндґік) — is a fintech product development company based in Lviv, Ukraine. Founded in 2015 by Anton Skrypnyk and Yuriy Gnatyuk, Kindgeek specializes in delivering a variety of technological solutions tailored for the finance sector, including white-label solutions, AI services, open banking, chatbots, buy-now-pay-later (BNPL) systems, core banking functionalities, WEB 3.0 applications, and custom software development services. Originally founded as a collaboration between three partners, one co-founder left after the first year to pursue other ventures, allowing Anton Skrypnyk and Yuriy Gnatyuk to focus on the company's growth.
The company aims to assist clients by managing the technical aspects of fintech product development, thereby enabling clients to concentrate on their core business operations. Kindgeek's stated mission includes fostering positive change both locally and globally while providing a conducive environment for employee growth and learning[11].
Partnerships and Memberships
[edit]In 2016, Kindgeek became a member of the Lviv IT Cluster, an organization aimed at enhancing the local IT sector through collaboration with universities and municipal authorities[12]. In 2023, Kindgeek announced two significant partnerships:
- A collaboration with Sileon to merge Kindgeek's software development expertise with Sileon’s buy-now-pay-later (BNPL) solutions[3].

Social responsibility
[edit]In 2016, the Kindgeek company developed the "smart" sensor "AirQ", which helps to determine the optimal level of air humidity, lighting, and air temperature in educational institutions. The received data about the room indicators can be viewed on a specific web page. The first sensor was installed in Lviv, kindergarten No. 159. The device was tested for free together with the NGO "Naukova"[32].
In 2017 Kindgeek created the LvivLand social project — a video guide about life, culture, and business in Lviv. It is not a commercial project which aims to promote the region, spread information about Lviv, and break stereotypes[25][26].
In 2019, the mayor of Lviv, Andriy Sadovyi, thanked the Kindgeek company for its significant contribution to the development of the modern IT industry, the effective implementation of advanced technological innovations, and the establishment of the image of the city of Lviv in Ukraine and at the international level[33].
In 2020, the Kindgeek company initiated and, jointly with the Lviv City Council, launched the Relocate To Lviv project — an English-language information resource for IT specialists and companies from other countries who want to move to Lviv. The Relocate To Lviv site contains step-by-step instructions, a list of documents, and a description of the processes for moving to Ukraine, both individually and for company transportation[34][35].
In February 2022, the company joined the flash mob organized by DOU to collect funds for the charity "Come Back Alive"[36], which helps the Armed Forces of Ukraine and donated logistical support for the Territorial Defense Forces[37].
In May 2022, the Kindgeek team transferred $80,000 to the "Come Back Alive" charity fund, and with these funds, thermal imagers were purchased for Ukrainian military personnel[38].
In November 2022, Kindgeek took part in the TECHNOgirls project, which was organized by Lviv Open Lab together with the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA) with the support of the Lviv City Council IT Department, as well as Sweden within the Equality Springboard project. The goal of the project was to familiarize girls aged 14-18 with the IT field and debunk myths about gender stereotypes[39][40].
In January 2023, Kindgeek signed the Principles for the Women’s Empowerment Principles initiated by the UN Global Compact and UN Women[41].
Kindgeek is an official partner of Artificial Intelligence Technology: Summer School — a large-scale international educational project aimed at the in-depth study of artificial intelligence technologies, which is organized by Ivan Franko National University of Lviv with the support of the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine, the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, and the Lviv Regional State Administration[42][43][44].
Kindgeek is an official partner of the DES (Data Engineering and Security) winter school — one of the largest IT schools in Ukraine, which annually brings together the best industry specialists, experts, mentors, and lecturers from leading IT companies to share their knowledge and experience with hundreds of students and apprentices from different parts of Ukraine[45][46]
