Gmina Pieńsk is an urban-rural gmina (administrative district) in Zgorzelec County, Lower Silesian Voivodeship, in south-western Poland, on the German border. Its seat is the town of Pieńsk, which lies approximately 11 kilometres (7 mi) north of Zgorzelec, and 140 kilometres (87 mi) west of the regional capital Wrocław.

The gmina covers an area of 110.33 square kilometres (42.6 sq mi), and as of 2019 its total population is 9,068.
