Lasier Costa Martins (born 14 April 1942) is a Brazilian politician and journalist. He had represented Rio Grande do Sul in the Federal Senate from 2015 to 2023.[1]

In 2006, a video was uploaded on YouTube of Martins receiving an electric shock while examining grapes at the Grape Festival in Caxias do Sul in 1996.[2]
