Error in Reaction Scheme

[edit]

Error in the activation of carboxylic acid schemes. It has CDI + ROOH -> RCOIm + CO2 + Im should either be CDI+RCOOH -> RCOIm + CO2 + Im or CDI + ROOH - ROIm + CO2 + Im — Preceding unsigned comment added by 163.118.206.27 (talk) 18:44, 20 July 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Fixed Reaction Scheme for COOH

[edit]

Removed the incorrect scheme and replaced it with one already present in wikimedia commons that is correct, and has the intermediate steps. 163.118.206.27 (talk) 18:46, 20 July 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Question big scheme

Mechanism for CDI acid activation

Is this scheme speculation? Yes, it seems generally reasonable, but my guess is that it is original research/conjecture by the author.--Smokefoot (talk) 00:55, 21 July 2016 (UTC) Where is the scientific evidence for the intermediates drawn in the square brackets? — Preceding unsigned comment added by Tix the chemist (talkcontribs) 13:39, 9 July 2021 (UTC)[reply]
