Cora Combs's birth name is Beulah Mae Combs. She was born to Lourenza Combs and Susie Mai Wright Combs on 17 Mar 1927 in Hazard, Perry County, Kentucky. Her Birth Index record Kentucky, U.S., Birth Index, 1911-1999, U.S., Birth Index, 1911-1999]. She married Chester Joseph Szostecki not (Svonsteckik) and had two children with him, a son Charles David Szostecki born 30 Oct 1956 in Augsberg, Germany and a daughter Debra Ann Szostecki (ring name Debbie Combs) born 18 Apr 1959 in Christian County, Kentucky. Beulah Mae "Cora" Combs passed away 21 Jun 2015 in Nashville, Davidson County, Tennessee. All this info is verifiable on the internet if anyone has the wherewithal to do the legwork. What got me looking into her in the first place was a cousin asked me if we were related. I had never heard of her, so I started to looking into it. I had no reason to doubt the info given on multiple websites for her bio and basic vitals such as birth name, birth/death date and locations. I am very advanced in genealogical research and I thought this would be cake to find her and see how she links into our Combs line. But when I went looking I couldn't find anything. The info found on all these websites were just wrong. Obviously whomever posted the bio information on the first website about her, that info was copied to other websites and no one bothered to fact check or verify any of this info. When I eventually figured everything out and got the correct info I thought these website hosts would be happy to have the correct info and I edited three of them with backing sources to support my edits. But my edits didn't last but a few hours and they were reverted back to the original wrong information. I have no reason and nothing to gain by making this information up. It's not like I am changing Randy Savage's birth name to John Deere. All I did was correct her birth name from Cora Svonsteckik to Beulah Mae Combs, date of birth from 17 Mar 1923 to 17 Mar 1927 and the spelling of her married name from Svonsteckik to Szostecki. I didn't change any of her Wrestling Bio or achievements.
