There are three terms that are similar but have different meaning. Labour Relations, Industrial Relations and Employee Relations. They should all be define on Wikipedia. — Preceding unsigned comment added by StrykerEnterprise (talkcontribs) 20:22, 17 October 2012 (UTC)[reply]

If you have a connection with the site it becomes promotion, which will also result in deletion. Please do not attempt to promote your blog by adding articles to Wikipedia, especially when those articles simply duplicate the blog's content. Harry the Dog WOOF 19:12, 17 October 2012 (UTC)[reply]

I tried to reference other articles, however I referenced this one, because it defines the 3 commonly used (and misused terms): Labour Relations, Industrial Relations and Employee Relations. I could not find any other good article/post that tried to distinguish the differences between them. I know wikipedia is not a dictionary website, nor with this section every will be. I believe it helps the community a page like this with this kind of reference. — Preceding unsigned comment added by StrykerEnterprise (talkcontribs) 20:29, 17 October 2012 (UTC)[reply]

You didn't "reference" it. You pretty much copied it. Since it's your website that's bound to be viewed as an attempt to self-promote.Harry the Dog WOOF 20:40, 17 October 2012 (UTC)[reply]
