Proposed merge: Gynecologic oncology into Gynecologic cancer
[edit]Most Cancer articles do not have distinct oncology and cancer articles and I do not see the reasoning for this topic to stray from that precedent. If, however, there are good reasons for these to be separate topics, then so be it. From 2007, Gynecologic cancer redirected to Gynecologic oncology; in 2023 an editor created Gynecologic cancer as a separate article stating "created new article from bits of the Gynecologic oncology article that weren't about oncology but the conditions". Maybe some of the veteran medical editors can relate to this distinction and support it? Or shouldn't we address all aspects in a single article as is done for most other articles? Thanks for considering. User:Ceyockey (talk to me) 20:37, 23 November 2023 (UTC)
