I reversed the order (Greek first) in the lede, and all the sources we quote or cite use "Idalion". I presume "Idalium" is the Latin version, but is there any reason for the article to be named that? Thanks, Pete Tillman (talk) 20:47, 16 June 2015 (UTC)[reply]
"The first to attempt to make a coherent history from finds at Dhali was Max Ohnefalsch-Richter, a journalist and self taught archaeologist who later became Director of Antiquities. Ohnefalsch-Richter dug at the site of ancient Idalion in 1883 and 1885, and returned to the area numerous times in subsequent years." in P. Gaber ,"The History of History: Excavations at Idalion and the Changing History of a City-Kingdom", NEA Vol.71, Nos. 1&2, pp. 51–63, 2008
