Born in 1941=> 16 years old in 1957=bailiff, I am not sure if that is accurate. You didn't get a license at that age in those days.

Criticisms and controversies

This section has nothing to do with Sushilkumar Shinde. It looks like a user doesn't like him added so many things that have no relation with him. User also interpreted facts as controversy. This article is hugely biased against Mr. Sushil Kumar Shinde. Wikipedia should not be a forum for these sort of articles, which denigrates a person. This article should be immediately scrapped out from Wikipedia. The sooner this article is wiped out of Wikipedia, the better.
