Fair use rationale for Image:Themovielifettny.JPG

[edit]

Image:Themovielifettny.JPG is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images uploaded after 4 May, 2006, and lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.

Requested move

[edit]
The following discussion is an archived discussion of a requested move. Please do not modify it. Subsequent comments should be made in a new section on the talk page. Editors desiring to contest the closing decision should consider a move review. No further edits should be made to this section.

The result of the move request was: partially done. This Time Next Year moved to This Time Next Year (album), but This Time Next Year turned into a dab page. Jenks24 (talk) 09:46, 4 August 2012 (UTC)[reply]

– With a hatnote placed at This Time Next Year to direct those to This Time Next Year (album). Band appears to be the WP:PRIMARYTOPIC. The band receives more page views than the album, despite being at a disambiguated title. Google hits overwhelmingly favour results for the band. Relisted. • (completely forgot about this request) Stat-wise, This Time Next Year (The Movielife album) receives about 900 page views a month while the band article (This Time Next Year (band)) receives about 1000. Considering the band is not currently occupying the primary spot (which one assume generally receives more page views, as it is the landing spot for most searches) it appears most people are looking for the band rather than the album.France3470 (talk) 21:33, 14 July 2012 (UTC)[reply]
Support album move. I would support renaming the article for this album because it would be distinguishing the album from the band. However, I would oppose moving the band page because of how the band has the same name as this album. Even though the band page receives more traffic than the album page, the greater traffic is not by a "landslide" amount, but, according to the statistics given on this talk page, 11.1% more than that of the album page. If there should be a page titled with only the phrase "This Time Next Year", it should be a disambiguation page. Backtable Speak to meconcerning my deeds. 22:33, 14 July 2012 (UTC)[reply]
