[edit]Warren Moon deserves a lot of credit. If true, it's a shame, it took so long to, get an NFL career started, because of race. In my opinion, Moon over-shadowed McNair. And, I still feel that, the Oilers should've, stayed the Oilers. C2 aaron 15:58, 23 September 2005 (UTC)
The article states that Warren Moon was the first over-40-year-old to score a touchdown? George Blanda threw and ran for touchdowns when he was over 40, way back in the 60s. I'm sure there were others. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 24.106.191.164 (talk) 05:45, 23 August 2011 (UTC)
- Most underrated QB of all-time. Nice to see him in the Hall of Fame.24.57.193.217 20:58, 5 May 2006 (UTC)
Most fumbles of any NFL player. 66.90.182.183 08:32, 29 August 2006 (UTC)
- And Cy Young had the most losses of any pitcher in major league history. That's an equally useless factoid in judging that player. I'll also add that #3 on the list of career fumbles is John Elway. If you have an actual case to make, please do so. But pulling out useless pieces of trivia does no one any good. --Don Sowell 17:31, 28 December 2006 (UTC)

Warren Moon used to do quick-kicks on third downs and one time had a punt go about 70 yards, but I can't find any official record of it.173.216.178.98 (talk) 00:18, 7 December 2014 (UTC)

If it was a bit more expanded or if it had proper citations, I would have rated as B-class, but right now IMO start is the adequate rating.--Yannismarou 17:32, 17 January 2007 (UTC) |

Signed with CFL
[edit]Moon began his professional career with the Eskimos in 1978 due to not generating interest from NFL teams during that year's draft, where he would go unselected.
He signed with the CFL mid April NFL draft early May 1978 — Preceding unsigned comment added by 97.127.40.239 (talk) 18:14, 2 January 2022 (UTC)
