Gilling and Pickering Line
[edit]- ... that whilst loading tanks at night on the Gilling and Pickering Line in World War II, soldiers would line the edges of the wagons smoking cigarettes to guide the drivers?
- ALT1:... that on the two parallel railway lines running east from Gilling railway station on the Gilling and Pickering Line, trains would unofficially race each other?

- The joy of all things you need to rewrite the hooks to link the article name in the hook. The article name link has to be in bold. Please keep the hooks at 200 characters or less. You can find a Character Count tool at the top right of this template in the Toolbox.— Maile (talk) 13:11, 22 August 2016 (UTC)

- This article is new enough and long enough. I am approving ALT0, as I find ALT1 unconvincing. The article is neutral and spotchecks of its online sources did not reveal any copyright issues. No QPQ review needed here. Cwmhiraeth (talk) 05:22, 3 September 2016 (UTC)
