Hello, so far the content you have looks good! It fills in a gap in the main article as it is lacking how to isolate the bacteria. The paragraphs you have now are well structured, but I would recommend adding more citations as I only see the one so far. I noticed in your third paragraph you abbreviate aerobic anoxygenic phototrophic bacteria with "AAP", but the original article abbreviates it as AAPB.
