Tam Dinh (Vietnamese: Đinh Thanh Tâm; born April 10, 1990) is a Vietnamese-American professional basketball player for the Cantho Catfish of the Vietnam Basketball Association (VBA) and the Saigon Heat of the ASEAN Basketball League (ABL).

Cantho Catfish (2016–present)

In 2016, Dinh joined the Cantho Catfish of the VBA prior to the league's inaugural season.[1] At the conclusion of the season, he was named to the All-VBA First Team, finishing with averages of 19.5 points, 5.8 rebounds, and 2.9 assists per game.

Prior to the start of the 2017 season, Dinh signed a multi-team deal. The deal keeps him with the Catfish for the VBA season, and will see him join the Saigon Heat of the ABL for the 2016–17 season.[2]

International career

In 2017, Dinh received a Vietnamese passport.[3] He made his debut for the Vietnam national team at the 2017 SEA Games in Kuala Lumpur.[4]
