  • Name of article: Healthy diet
  • I chose this article because for me Healthy diet is very important in todays society. I have noticed more and more of the food we consume on a daily bases have increased the amount of chemicals added. Even veggies and fruit don't look the same anymore. The size and color is extremely different because of how they are made. More importantly organic food is costing more because people understand the value of eating organic.

The lead includes an introductory sentence that explains what the articles is about. It gives a brief description about the topic and what it entails. The lead is overly detailed and it goes beyond explaining how it can help you health or hurt it if you are not following a proper healthy diet. More importantly it states that with a healthy diet comes a great excursive to really see a difference.
